Flags Flying at Half-Staff Following Apalachee High School Shooting

By executive order of Gov. Brian Kemp, the flag of the United States and the Georgia flag at County government facilities will fly at half-staff to recognize the injured and remember those who lost their lives including Mr. Richard Aspinwall, 39; Ms. Christina Irimie, 53; Mr. Christian Angulo, 14; and Mr. Mason Schermerhorn, 14 - during a school shooting that took place on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2024, at Apalachee High School in Barrow County, GA.

Flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on the date of the final victim's interment.
