DCCC Statement on SCOTUS Decision To Allow Emergency Reproductive Care in Idaho

Today, DCCC Communications Director Courtney Rice issued the following statement after the Supreme Court allowed emergency abortions in Idaho to continue:

"Today, the Supreme Court has allowed women in Idaho to get the emergency care they need, including emergency reproductive care, in spite of the state's extreme ban. While today's ruling is good news for women in Idaho, it is a frightening reminder of the relentless lengths anti-abortion extremists will go to ban abortion - aided and abetted by House Republicans. It's also far from a permanent reprieve, which is yet another reason why it's critical that House Democrats reclaim the majority in November: to ensure that reproductive freedoms are protected everywhere.
