Happy (early) Fourth of July! Take My Survey on Bidenflation.

248 years ago, our Founding Fathers declared that the United States would always stand for the unalienable rights of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. This week, Americans celebrate the birth of our nation with fireworks, parades, concerts and family gatherings and BBQ. Unfortunately,This year's Fourth of July festivities will be the most expensive in historybecause of Bidenflation.

Since January 2021, the prices of your family's Fourth of July picnic have skyrocketeddue to Biden's economic policies:

As you prepare for your family's Fourth of July, have you noticed the increased costs of food and travel?Click here to let me know your thoughts by responding to my brief survey. I will share the results with you in next week's newsletter.

New Congressional Report: the CIA colluded with the Biden Campaign

A congressional reportreleased this week by the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government revealed that top CIA officials colluded with the Biden campaign to label the Hunter Biden laptop story as "Russian disinformation."The report further uncovers clear evidence that 51 former government officials, prompted by now-Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, conspired to influence the 2020 presidential election by falsely claiming the Hunter Biden laptop was a Russian disinformation operation.

The report states, "High-ranking CIA officials were made aware of the Hunter Biden statement, discrediting the letter, prior to its approval and publication." The CIA betrayed the public trust with the explicit intent of protecting Joe Biden and influencing the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

Polls show that 47% of voters said that knowing before the election that the laptop contents were real and not "disinformation" would have changed their voting decision, including 71% of Democrats.

Everyone remembers when then-presidential candidate Joe Biden conveniently used the bogus intelligence letter to lie at his second 2020 presidential debate with President Trump that news reports on his role in his family's international business dealings was a "Russian plant" and "garbage."To the remaining few, mostly on the left, who still refuse to admit there was election interference in the 2020 presidential elections, what more do you need?

These spies who lied have done untold damage to the integrity of our intelligence agencies and our election system.

Supreme Court Starts Process to Dismantle Deep State

This week the United States Supreme Court issued opinions that corrected a misguided 40-year decision called the "Chevron Doctrine." By a vote of 6-3, the Supreme Court ruled in Loper Enterprises v. Raimondo to overturn its decision in Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council.

The Chevron Doctrine was a decision that concluded that if government agencies did not have clear guidance from Congress, then the administrative agencies (the bureaucrats) could simply make up their own rules. Even more problematic, under the Chevron Doctrine the courts were instructed that they could not interfere with an agency rule or practice but had to defer to the agency.

The result for 40 years has been an unparalleled growth in the administrative state of which the Deep State is part. The decision resulted in bureaucrats running the government and stomping on the people and ignoring Congress.

With this decision, the Supreme Court fixed this problem. Now courts can evaluate agency rules and determine if the agency was able to make the rule and if the rule is fair and reasonable. The Court ruled that a law called the Administrative Procedures Act, enacted by Congress, required the courts to evaluate agency rules.

Assange Set Free, Finally!

Several months ago, I shared in my newsletter that I introduced H.Res. 934, a bipartisan resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that regular journalistic activities are protected under the First Amendment and that the United States ought to drop all charges against Julian Assange.

The First Amendment to the Constitution protects the freedom of the press. It helps ensure that journalists have the right to gather and publish information without fear of reprisal from the federal government and is vital for holding those in power accountable while informing the public on important matters.

The case against Julian Assange brought to light the importance of protecting free speech, the free press and the consequences of restricting them. Julian Assange had been unjustly imprisoned for daring to expose government misconduct and the true nature of the United States military involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as for releasing emails showing the Democratic National Committee colluded with Hillary Clinton.

Finally, this week Julian Assange was set free but not before unnecessarily spending five years in prison.

It's Mail Time!

I received more than 5,100 letters in Juneand I appreciate hearing from everyone. Here are samples of letters I received this week:

John K. from Cottonwood writes:

Thanks for standing up for Julian Assange. Maybe Trump can still issue a pardon? That would be awesome!

John, I will always stand up for what's right, even when it may not be politically convenient. As I mentioned, Julian Assange published a cache of information relating to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and exposed lies relating the Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. The promulgation of this information furthered transparency by increasing people's insight into the conduct of these wars and democrat's efforts to interfere with elections. The case against Assange was so weak that even the Obama administration did not bring charges against the journalist for his actions. I am pleased that Julian Assange is finally free but he should never have been charged in the first place.

Karen E. from Prescott shares:

I just love to get a newsletter full of pathetic lies.I don't have time to address them all, but the top lie is, the number of border crossers have actually DECREASED since Biden's executive order. Try dealing with reality.

And second, there has never been any secret flights bringing undocumented migrants into tbe US!!!! Those are legal migrants!! Try dealing with reality.

Just stop with the pathetic lies!!!

If you cannot support your argument without resorting to lying, then you should just go home. You should not be a Representative when all you do is LIE to your constituents. You should be ashamed of yourself.Try living in reality. Reality is not nearly as scary as your fact-free MAGA conspiracy fantasy world! Give it a try.

Karen: This is what happens when you get your news from NPR or MSNBC. If you believe what you wrote then you have been mislead by propaganda and misinformation. John Adams famously said that "facts are stubborn this; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence."

It is a fact that in May there were 170,723 illegal immigrant encounters at our southern border. This is a 185% increase from the average May under President Trump. May was the 39th straight month where monthly illegal immigrant encounters have been higher than even the highest month seen under President Trump.

In May,the Committee on Homeland Security Republicansreleased documents showing the Biden Administration secretly flew over 400,000 illegal immigrants into the country.

You want more facts? I'll give you more facts.
