NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

*This notice is being republished to show the correct date of the Public Hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE following resolution was introduced at the meeting of the Norwich City Council on Monday, August 5, 2024, and scheduled for a public hearing on *Monday, September 16, 2024, at 7:30 pm in Council Chambers, 100 Broadway, Norwich, CT.

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Norwich proposes to discontinue the use as a highway of a portion of Lawler Lane from the Northwest corner of 185 Lawler Lane

to the Southeast corner of 256 Lawler Lane, a distance of approximately 1,500 feet;

Copies of said resolution is on file open to public inspection at the office of the City Clerk, 100 Broadway, Room 215, Norwich, CT.
