Mattapan Officers Arrested Three Suspects for Breaking and Entering

At about 12:47 PM, on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) arrested Carlos Bonnett, 32, of Boston, Francois Suker, 26, of Dorchester, and Jean Robert Nazaire, 37, of Mattapan, for Breaking and Entering.

Officers responded to the area of 466 River Street for a report of a breaking and entering. Officers were advised that three males attempted to break into an apartment. Officers were told that the resident opened the door and the suspects fled the scene.

Officers were able to locate the suspects and placed them into handcuffs. Officers searched the suspects and recovered a bent screw driver, pliers, and a lock pick tool. Officers observed there to be damage to the lock of the door and damage to the door frame from an attempted breaking and entering.

All three suspects were placed under arrest and charged with Breaking and Entering Daytime for Felony. Nazaire, and Bonnet were additionally charged with Possession of Burglarious Instrument. All three suspects are expected to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
