KPS Acquires Catalyst Acoustics Group From The Stephens Group

Paul, Weiss advised KPS Capital Partners, LP, in its acquisition, via a new affiliate, of Catalyst Acoustics Group, Inc., from The Stephens Group, LLC. Catalyst Acoustics Group is a leading independent designer and manufacturer of engineered acoustical solutions.
