Police and Fire Respond to Aircraft Accident

Roselle Police and Fire Departments responded to an aircraft accident at Irving Park Road and Williams Street at approximately 11:00a.m. on Wednesday, September 11.

The two occupants of the plane were evaluated by Roselle Fire Department paramedics and were released from the scene. Irving Park Road is expected to be closed between Rodenburg Rd. and Roselle Rd. for several hours.

Investigation for this accident falls within the jurisdiction of the DuPage County Sheriff's Department, who also responded to the accident. Please direct any further questions about the investigation to the DuPage County Sheriff's Department.
