How many people does it take to repackage 14, 450 diapers

The number is 31! Eugene Police had 31 people show up to help repackage the 14,450 collected from our community. The work got done and the diapers are now on their way to the families who needed them.

In August, we Lane County Diaper Bank let us know the public had donated an impressive 12,801 diapers at EPD's site, which would help up to 500 families with a pack of 25 diapers. This was so much more than the 5,800 last year. The updated number is 14, 450!

Anyone can host a diaper drive or donate, just visit the Lane County Diaper Bank website lcdiaperbank.org to sign up or give! One in two families can't afford enough diapers to keep their baby clean, dry, and healthy. The drives help Lane County Diaper Bank to supply 20,000 diapers monthly, free of charge, to families in need.
