NAVY

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, Kongsberg, Norway, is awarded a not-to-exceed $329,000,000 firm-fixed-price, undefinitized contract action for the procurement of 175 medium caliber cannon Protector Remote Turret 20, hereafter referred to as Turrets, for the Amphibious Combat Vehicle Medium Caliber Cannon (ACV-30) vehicles for Full Rate Production Lots 5 and 6. The Turrets procurement includes program management support; tooling development; associated turret hardware, interfaces and software; logistics management information data development; training materials development; technical manual development; and field service representative and training support for integration and fielding. The funding obligated at time of award will procure material and associated services only. The contract action will be definitized on or about Feb. 18, 2025. Work will be performed in Johnstown, Pennsylvania (100%), with an expected completion date of June 4, 2028. Fiscal 2024 procurement (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $51,000,000 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. Inc.,* Marlboro, Maryland (N40080-21-D-0024); CER Inc.*, Severna Park, Maryland (N40080-21-D-0025); Belt Built-CFM JV,* Crofton, Maryland (N40080-21-D-0026); EGI HSU JV LLC,* Rockville, Maryland (N40080-21-D-0027); Desbuild Inc.,* Hyattsville, Maryland (N40080-21-D-0028); and Tidewater Inc.,* Elkridge, Maryland (N40080-21-D-0029), are awarded a combined $100,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification to an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award construction contract for repairs, renovations, new construction, and alterations to shore facilities and utilities within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Washington area of operations (AO). This modification provides for an increase to the maximum dollar value of the contract. The current combined total value for all eight contractors is $398,000,000. After award of this modification, the total cumulative contract value will be $498,000,000. Work will be performed in NAVFAC Washington AO. The term of the contract shall not exceed July 2026. Future task orders under this contract will primarily utilize military construction and operation and maintenance, (Navy) funds. No funds will be obligated at the time of award. This was a competitive acquisition with four responses received. This is a three-year contract with no option periods. The ordering period end date is Nov. 30, 2027. Using military service is Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2025 through 2028 defense working capital funds. Ready One Industries Inc.,*** El Paso, Texas, has been awarded a maximum $10,660,432 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for coats. This a one-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Michigan, with an Oct. 31, 2025, ordering period end date. Using military services are Army and Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2025 through 2026 defense working capital funds. ARMY

HSG Park JV 2 LLC,* Harvey, North Dakota, was awarded a $22,019,171 firm-fixed-price contract for spillway dredging. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Riverdale, North Dakota, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 27, 2027. Fiscal 2024 civil construction funds in the amount of $22,019,171 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Nebraska, is the contracting activity (W9128F-25-C-0002).

Manson Construction Co., Seattle, Washington, was awarded an $11,160,000 modification (P00009) to contract W9127N-23-C-0005 for dredging. Work will be performed in San Clemente, California, with an estimated completion date of March 31, 2025. Fiscal 2025 civil construction funds in the amount of $11,160,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland, Oregon, is the contracting activity.
