Assemblywoman Lori D. Wilson's Housing Bill AB 3057 Passes Senate, Heads to Governor's Desk

SACRAMENTO, CA - In a significant step toward addressing California's housing shortage, Assembly Bill 3057, authored by Assemblywoman Lori D. Wilson, has successfully passed the Senate and is now on its way to Governor Gavin Newsom's desk for his signature. AB 3057 aims to streamline the process for the construction of junior accessory dwelling units (JADUs), providing Californians with affordable and efficient housing solutions.
