Event Wrap: IDNOG 9

APNIC supported and participated in IDNOG 9 held from 22 to 25 July 2024 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The event welcomed 736 attendees who participated in workshops and talks on topics including network security, segment routing, DDoS and much more. View the program for more information.

APNIC activities:

• Dave Phelan presented on 'The Internet - By the numbers' where he explored key statistics on routing, IPv6, RPKI, and security from the region.

• Dave and APNIC Community Trainer, Affan Basalamah, conducted a three-day workshop on Network Security and Defence for 18 participants.
• Anna Mulingbayan, Vivek Nigam and Sanjaya Sanjaya attended the event and met with IDNIC and APNIC Members, answering their questions relating to RPKI, IPv6 and APNIC membership.
