Pride of the Lions: Office of Admission

Dear Mount Community,

I am delighted to announce that the Pride of the Lions award for August goes to the Admissions team! The group's innovative and strategic recruitment efforts have contributed to positive increases in enrollment this semester. Overall enrollment has increased, due to Admission's tremendous efforts and positive results experienced in the undergraduate and graduate student populations.

The Admissions Team has also achieved two consecutive years of recruiting 300+ students in the first-year cohort! In addition, it facilitated the University's hosting 1,963 campus visits this year--an 11 percent increase over last year's results. These achievements are a testament to the Admissions team's dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to excellence--even in the face of the Government's "FAFSA fiasco!"

We are incredibly proud of, and grateful for, their hard work and dedication to the University's community. Please join me in congratulating the Admissions team on these outstanding accomplishments!
