Suspect Wanted For Rape

New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for rape (two counts), sexual battery, and indecent behavior with juveniles.

Wanted is Josmar Umansor-Moreno (pictured), Hispanic male, DOB 05/21/2001.

According to investigators, on March 22, 2024 Josmar Umansor-Moreno committed the listed violations of the law at an undisclosed location in New Orleans.
