Livingston Man Arrested For Child Porn

PRESS RELEASE

On May 20, 2024, the New York State Police Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation in conjunction with the Troop K Computer Crimes Unit arrested James Jennings, age 36, of Livingston, NY, for five counts of Possession of Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony.

After receiving a law enforcement tip Investigators determined Jennings was in possession of child pornography.

Jennings was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Guzzi of the town of Livingston Court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail without bail.
