Kennet Closes €266M Sixth Growth Tech-Focused PE Fund

Fried Frank acted as counsel to Kennet Partners and the Edmond de Rothschild Group in connection with their joint fundraising of Kennet VI, Kennet's largest fund to date. Kennet VI's final close took the fund to €266 million. Kennet VI's primary objective is to invest as the first institutional investor, with sizeable minority or majority stakes (€5-25 million), in growth technology businesses. This fundraise continues Fried Frank's successful long-standing relationship with Kennet Partners and the Edmond de Rothschild Group.
