NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY OF PATTERSON CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chamber, 1 Plaza, Patterson, CA, on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., to review and consider for adoption of Development Impact Fee Nexus Study and Development Impact Fee Schedule by resolution for City Hall Facilities, Corporation Yard Facilities, Park Facilities, Traffic, and Recreation Facilities hereto attached in accordance with California Government Code Sections 66000 et seq., California Government Code Section 66016.5 and 13.24.190, et seq., and AB 602 and review and adopt amendment(s) to Ordinance No. 452 (Municipal Code Section 3.40) as follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PATTERSON, AMENDING A CHAPTER TO THE PATTERSON MUNICIPAL CODE, TITLE 3 "STREET IMPROVEMENT IMPACT FEES"

Information supporting the adoption of such fees and Amendment to Ordinance No. 452 is provided in the City of Patterson Council Agenda Package that can be accessed on the City's website at www.pattersonca.gov. This provides information in support of adoption of the fees and Ordinance Amendments in accordance with all applicable Government Code(s).

NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that these documents will be available for public review at the City of Patterson City Hall, City Clerk's Office during normal business hours. City Hall is located at 1 Plaza in the City of Patterson. All interested parties are invited to review the documents prior to the Tuesday, September 17, 2024, Public Hearing.

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES are invited to attend the hearing and express opinions or submit evidence for or against the changes to these development impact fees. At the above noted time and place, testimony from interested persons will be heard by the City Council and duly considered prior to acting on the proposed fees. Any material submitted to the City Council for consideration (letters, comments, protests, etc.) will be retained by the city and cannot be returned.
