Stitch Fix Spotlights Stylists with New Stylist Profiles

At Stitch Fix, our Stylists are dedicated to making sure each and every client receives a Fix that meets their style, fit and budget needs. As fashion experts, they connect with each client on a personal level to help them express their style personality - whether they're a Modern Muse , Rustic Rebel or anything in between.

As part of our broader effort to enhance our client experience , we are putting a greater spotlight on our Stylists and their work. Today, we're excited to announce the launch of Stylist Profiles , a new feature that enables clients to get to know their Stylist better.

Accessible via the digital Style Card clients receive with each Fix, Stylist Profiles are customized by Stylists themselves and feature the following:

• Background Information - Each profile includes our Stylists' first name and photo, along with the number of Fixes they've styled and specialty areas - women's, men's, kid's, maternity, plus, or any combination of expertise. In addition, the "About Me" section enables Stylists to share fun facts and personal insights, giving clients a glimpse into who is styling them.
• Fashion Tastes and Preferences - Stylist Profiles provide clients with an inside look at their Stylist's own fashion tastes. Stylists can share their top brands to shop, as well as a selection of editorial images that reflect their favorite looks.
  
• Styling Badges and Client Testimonials - Stylist Profiles will also include new badges that are awarded based on recent client feedback - "Taste Grower" for those who have helped clients evolve their look, "Trend Hunter" for those who help clients stay on-trend, and "Creative Thinker" for Stylists with an innovative touch, to name a few. In the coming weeks we will begin including client testimonials on Stylist Profiles, sharing real feedback from recent Fix experiences.

We're excited about how Stylist Profiles will inspire richer dialogue between our clients and Stylists and enable us to deliver an even better client experience. This launch is just one of many ways we are increasing visibility of our Stylists, with more to come.
