On November 1, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Tanquasia Carpenter, age 26, of 45 Salmon Street, Apartment #202, Providence, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for Felony Shoplifting; and 2) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Portsmouth Police Department for Bank Fraud. Ms. Carpenter was taken into custody without incident, processed and turned over to the Providence Police Department.

On November 2, 2024, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Nathaniel Cius, age 19, of 62 West Street, Brockton, Massachusetts, for Larceny Under $1,500. Mr. Cius was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by Bail Commissioner Petrarca and released on $1,000 Personal Recognizance.
