Due to flooding caused by Typhoon Gaemi, Walsin's stainless steel plant in
Yenshui District, Tainan has temporarily shut down for approximately two
weeks starting from July 26, 2024.  We will inspect and repair the affected
equipment. The delay has impacted some orders, resulting in postponed
shipments. However, insurance will cover the damage to equipment and
other losses.  Overall, there is no significant impact on finance and
operations.
