Scituate Barracks

At 10:27 AM, Troopers arrested Michael LaFleur, age 35, of 402 Elm Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island on the charges of 1) Manufacturing / Delivery / Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II - Fentanyl - 1 oz to 1 Kilogram - 1st Offense, 2) Manufacturing / Delivery / Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II - Cocaine- 1 oz to 1 Kilogram - 1st Offense, 3) Manufacturing / Delivery / Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II - 2nd Offense, 4) Manufacturing / Delivery / Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II - 2nd Offense, 5) Resisting Legal/Illegal Arrest, and 6) Obstructing a Police Officer in Execution of their Duties. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Clinton Street, in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to Landmark Medical Center where he was evaluated and transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center pending a morning arraignment in Sixth District Court where he will be presented as a probation and vail violator.

At 10:48 PM, Troopers arrested Sherry Desrosiers, age 48, of 169 Greenville Avenue, Johnston, Rhode Island on the charges of 1). Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor - 1st Offense - B.A.C. UNKNOWN, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Killingly Street in City of Providence. Ms. Desrosiers was transported to the Scituate Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult.

At 1:57 AM, Troopers arrested Raymond Amado, age 27, of 828 Cranston Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for an active Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Payment based on the original charge of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. Mr. Amado was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute - Men's Intake Center.

At 6 :45 AM, Troopers arrested David Garcia, age 24, of 129 Alverson Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for an active Arrest Affidavit out of Rhode Island State Police Scituate Barracks based on the charges of 1). Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle, and 2). Driving After Denial/Revocation/Suspension Certain Violations - 1st Offense. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject turning himself in at State Police Headquarters where he was processed and turned over to Sixth District Court.
