NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION

LAS 28399

Pursuant to AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.080, notice is hereby given that Eklutna, Inc., 16515 Centerfield Drive #201, Eagle River, Alaska 99577-7719, applied for a permit to appropriate water on January 31, 2012. The application proposes the following:

The withdrawal of up to 30,000 gallons/day from a drilled well, 69 feet deep, year-round, for non-domestic industrial business, located within Tract 2 of Village South Subdivision, according to the official plat thereof, filed under Plat No. 80-199, Anchorage Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska.

Per AS 46.15.133 (a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections. Comments or objections must be made in writing to the above listed address or to [email protected] by 5:00 pm on September 12, 2024. Objection must include the objector's name and address, and any facts tending to show that the rights of the objector or the public interest would be adversely affected by the proposed appropriation.
