NEWS RELEASE- CONSTRUCTION SITE THEFT (LUMBER)

EL PASO, TEXAS - El Paso County Sheriff's Office Peter J. Herrera Patrol Station Deputies responded to the 300 block of Roper, Clint, El Paso County, in reference to a suspicious vehicle at a home builder construction site. Deputies met with 34-year-old Daniel Garcia Monge, who was observed to have several pieces of lumber belonging to the builder on his trailer. Through further investigation, Garcia Monge was taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County Downtown Detention Facility for Theft Prop >=$100<$750 with a $750 bond.
