ArentFox Schiff Relocates DC Headquarters to Midtown Center

Fried Frank acted as counsel to Carr Properties in connection with its lease to ArentFox Schiff for its new Washington, DC headquarters in Midtown Center, Carr's trophy office building located in downtown DC. ArentFox Schiff will occupy approximately 120,000 square feet of the 14-story building, taking three full floors within the East Tower as part of a long-term lease.
