Hope Valley Barracks

On Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 10:05 p.m., Troopers arrested Christian M. Hunt, age 26, of 1342 Main Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstruction; 2.) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest; 3.) Assault of Police Officers; 4.) Disorderly Conduct; 5.) Driving with Expired/Without License - Fourth and Subsequent Offense; and 6.) Fugitive from Justice originating out of Swansea Police Department, Massachusetts, on the original charge of Receiving Stolen Property. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to Kent County Hospital, where he was evaluated and later transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks. The subject was processed and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a bail violator at Third Division District Court.
