Press Release

On July 12, 2024, State Police arrested Asani N. Brown, 22, of Albany, NY, for Reckless Endangerment in the second degree, Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, and multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.

On July 9, 2024, at about 3:41 p.m., Troopers responded to the area of I-90 (Thruway) in Albany, NY, for the reports of a road rage incident. The investigation determined Brown and the victim were engaged in a road rage incident. During the incident, Brown allegedly drove recklessly, threw items at the victim's vehicle, and stopped in front of the vehicle in the lane of travel.
