Glenhardie Road Bridge Replacement Project - Construction Update - 11/13/24:

The Township contractor received delivery and is working on the installation of the pre-cast concrete arch bridge, headwall, and wingwalls for the new replacement bridge located over Trout Creek on Glenhardie Road near the intersection of Richards Road.

Once pre-cast installation is completed, there will be backfill and reconstruction of the roadway, adjacent bridge walls, curbing, landscaping, staining, and site restoration.

Work will continue through the end of the year, with substantial completion and roadway/bridge reopening expected in December 2024. Depending on weather conditions, some work (landscaping and wall staining, etc.) may not occur until Spring 2025.
