2024 Clayton Towing Contract Proposal
The City of Clayton, Montgomery County, Ohio is requesting proposals for its "2024 Clayton Towing Contract Proposal." Clayton will receive sealed bid proposals until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024.
Copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP) are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the City of Clayton Government Building, 6996 Taywood Rd., Englewood, Ohio 45322.
All proposals are to be sealed and addressed to: City of Clayton, 6996 Taywood Road, Englewood, Ohio 45322, ATTN: Chief Matt Hamlin, or hand-delivered to the above address. Proposals will not be accepted after the above deadline.
The City of Clayton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities or irregularities and to award the contract to the proposal which, in the sole opinion of the City, is deemed most favorable, represents the best value, and is in the best interest of the City.
