On November 8, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Massachusetts Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section arrested Stephen Evans, age 47, of 352 County Street, Apartment #3, Fall River, Massachusetts, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating from the Middletown Police Department for the following: 1) Possession with Intent to Deliver Schedule I/II; 2) Eluding in a High-Speed Pursuit; and 3) Obstructing Police Officer in Execution of Duty. Mr. Evans was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Massachusetts State Police on scene.

On November 8, 2024, members of the ACI Unit arrested Courtney Anderson, age 56, of 47 Willow Street, Coventry RI for the following: 1) Conveyance of Unauthorized Articles To/From Institution; and 2) Conspiracy. Ms. Anderson was processed at Headquarters, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released pending a future Third District court date.

On November 9, 2024, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit and the Lincoln Barracks arrested Jacqueline E. Mancini, age 71, of 96 Serrel Sweet Road, Johnston, Rhode Island, for one (1) count of Larceny from Person Over Age 65. Ms. Mancini was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and released on $5,000 personal recognizance after an appearance in front of a Bail Commissioner.
