Burglar Caught In Red Hook

On November 12, 2023, the New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested a Milan man for burglarizing Triebel's Garage in Red Hook.

Investigation determined Markus R. Rosien, age 22, of Milan, NY, forced entry into Triebel's Garage on two occasions, stealing a small amount of U.S. Currency, and a vehicle.

Rosien was charged with two counts of Burglary in the 3^rd degree, a class D felony, Grand Larceny in the 4^th degree of a Vehicle, Criminal Mischief in the 3^rd degree, both class E felonies, and Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor.

Rosie was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Mansfield of the town of Red Hook Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
