Scituate Barracks

At 9:54 PM, Troopers arrested Kevin Silva, age 31, of 24 Sudbury Street, Brockton, Massachusetts, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C. Unknown - First Offense and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 295 in the Town of Smithfield. The subject was transported to Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
