Find your favorite K9 and special teams at National Night Out July 28. National Night Out event features 911, emergency staff, and equipment on display from Eugene, Springfield, UOPD, Eugene/Springfield Fire and Oregon State police departments, and 911. Visit with SWAT, Crisis Negotiation, Traffic Team, Bomb Team, K9, Drone Teams 911, Forensics Unit, Major Collisions Team, Animal Services, Volunteers in Policing, Recruiting, Cadets, Community Engagement Team and more! It's a free, fun, family-centric community celebration.

This year, Eugene Police and other local law enforcement agencies will be teaming up with Eugene Emeralds for an amazing National Night Out collaboration right before the game between Monarcas de Eugene (Eugene Emeralds) and Spokane. Make this day extra special by staying for the game. It begins at 5:05 p.m. and goes until around 7 p.m. Every Sunday Eugene Emeralds transform into Los Monarcas de Eugene, complete with Latino music and heritage celebration. We will all be cheering for our local baseball team (Monarcas) and celebrating our community partnerships between innings during the game this year.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that teams police with community and neighborhoods to make our homes safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community and provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
