Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $850 million aggregate principal amount of 6.125% senior notes due 2029 by MGM Resorts International.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.

MGM Resorts International is a global gaming and entertainment company with domestic and international locations, featuring hotels and casinos, convention, dining and retail offerings, and sports betting and online gaming operations.
