AirAsia reunites families and friends with extra flights for upcoming Lunar New Year

SINGAPORE, 28 November 2024 - As AirAsia prepares to welcome the Year of the Snake in 2025, the airline has announced additional seasonal flights for Chinese New Year, reuniting families and friends between Singapore and East Malaysia.

AirAsia guests can start planning their festive travel between 24 January and 5 February 2025 starting today. During this festive period, enjoy late-night flights from Singapore to Kuching or limited-time flights from Singapore to Sibu, Miri or Tawau.

With the addition of 22 extra flights to selected destinations in East Malaysia, AirAsia will operate 43 flights during the 2025 festive season, offering over 7,900 seats at dynamic fares. This reaffirms the airline's commitment to enhancing travel accessibility during peak festive periods, staying true to its mission of ensuring 'Now Everyone Can Fly'.
