Field / Court Reminders - Fees/Deposits Paid and COI submitted

Reminder that prior to permit issuance, all 2024 Spring fees, 2024 Fall Deposits must be paid. A valid certificate of insurance with The City of Frederick listed as additional insured in the amount of one million general liability and two million aggregate must be submitted . Using the field without having submitted a valid COI could be cause for permits suspension.
