Girls Firefighter Empowerment Camp

The Hemet City Fire Department has announced its first-ever Girls Empowerment Camp on October 26-27. This event is for young women aged 14-21. It is designed to spark confidence, creativity, and leadership in the next generation of strong women.

Participants will engage in a variety of inspiring workshops led by accomplished female role models from diverse fields. These workshops are designed to encourage personal growth, self-confidence, and resilience. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn hands-on skills, participate in team-building activities, and gain valuable insights into their many career paths.

The camp will feature interactive sessions that cover a wide range of topics, including leadership development, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. Participants will also engage in practical activities, such as first aid training, fire safety demonstrations, and physical fitness exercises, to build confidence and competence in real-world situations.

One of the highlights of the camp is the chance to connect with incredible role models. These mentors will share their experiences and provide guidance, offering a glimpse into their journeys and the challenges they have overcome.
