On July 16, 2024, State Police members arrested Keidrick Z. Wilson, age 21, from Syracuse, NY, for Menacing 2nd degree (class "A" misdemeanor) and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree (class "A" misdemeanor).

On July 16, 2024, at about 4:27 p.m., New York State Police responded to 125 Everingham Road in the town of Onondaga for a report of a domestic incident.

A preliminary investigation revealed Wilson displayed a firearm during a dispute with the victim. Wilson barricaded himself inside the residence and refused to exit. After a short standoff and discussion with a Crisis Negotiator and Special Operations Response Team, Wilson voluntarily exited the residence and was taken into custody.

New York State Police executed a Criminal Search Warrant of the residence, and a Temporary Extreme Risk Protection Order was filed under the state's Red Flag Law.

Wilson was arrested and processed at SP Lafayette. Wilson was transported to Onondaga County Justice Center pending Centralized Arraignment.
