(WASHINGTON, D.C. - October 18, 2024) - On October 16-18, the Direct Selling Association (DSA) hosted its annual Legal & Regulatory Conference in Washington, D.C.
The conference is the premier annual event for the direct selling community that includes current policymakers and regulators, former senior government officials, and leading legal minds to gain perspectives on current legal, regulatory, and compliance trends and chart a path forward to meet current challenges.
The event brought together general counsels, senior in-house legal counsel, compliance executives, leading attorneys, and industry partners to discuss ongoing regulations, economic analysis applied to compensation structures, data privacy, and compliance trends.
