The Foreign Ministry of the Islamic Republic of Iran offers congratulations and condolences to the great and patient Palestinian people the Muslim Ummah and all the free and dignified people of the world on the martyrdom of Yahya Sinwar the great hero of Palestine's liberation path and proud freeman a writer who spent 22 years of his life in the prison of the Israeli occupation during which he wrote several works including the novel The Thorn and the Clove and finally with a weapon in his hand was martyred at the battlefield while fighting with the occupying army.

The Foreign Ministry of the Islamic Republic of Iran offers congratulations and condolences to the great and patient Palestinian people, the Muslim Ummah and all the free and dignified people of the world, on the martyrdom of Yahya Sinwar, the great hero of Palestine's liberation path and proud freeman, a writer who spent 22 years of his life in the prison of the Israeli occupation during which he wrote several works, including the novel "The Thorn and the Clove", and finally with a weapon in his hand, was martyred at the battlefield while fighting with the occupying army.

Yahya Sinwar was a branch of the pure tree of honorable resistance against the occupation and oppression by Zionism, who spent his entire blessed life fighting for the legal and human rights of the Palestinian people and freeing them from the yoke of occupation and apartheid.

Sinwar's name is now recorded in the book of legendary heroes of the Islamic Ummah, such as Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, Abdul Aziz Rantisi, Qassem Soleimani, Ismail Haniyeh and Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, who gave their whole lives to keep alive the path of resistance and struggle to end the occupation and realize the legal and legitimate right to self-determination and the fundamental right to life with dignity.

The Islamic Republic of Iran strongly condemns as a crime, the Zionist regime's assassination of Palestinian leaders and elites, being carried out as part of the recent 13-month genocidal war in occupied Palestine.
The Islamic Republic also highlights the responsibility of the arms suppliers and financial and political supporters of this regime, especially the US, as an 'accomplice' and 'partner' in committing these crimes.

The film released from the moment of Sinwar's heroic martyrdom in the ruins of Gaza---while serving as the loud cry of Palestinians' being oppressed and helpless during the 80 years of the ruthless reign of the occupiers--- is a glorious manifestation of faith, majesty, courage, sacrifice and a conscious preference for a dignified death to humiliating life.

Undoubtedly, with the physical elimination of those who fight in the path of human dignity, not only will there be no disruption to the school and the path of resistance, but their honorable death will put an emphasis on the righteousness of their path and is a source of inspiration for those fighting in the path of dignity and freedom.
