Nantucket Awarded $75k for Energy Efficient Windows at Our Island Home

Part of Healey-Driscoll Administration's $1.75 Million Investment in Local Projects that Reduce Emissions, Advance Energy Equity

The Town of Nantucket has been awarded a $75,000 grant through the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program, administered by the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER).

Secured by the Town's Energy Office, this funding will help replace 57 windows at Our Island Home Nantucket with energy-efficient models, improving comfort, reducing energy consumption, and lowering local greenhouse gas emissions.
