At 9:55 AM, Troopers arrested, Jose Ortiz, age 18, 283 Warrington Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of Marijuana- over 2 Ounces. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 East, in the City of Providence. Ortiz was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth District Court date.

At 1:32 AM, Troopers arrested Robert Savage, age 33, of 218 Whitman Street, New Bedford, Massachusetts for 1.) Manufacture/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (Cocaine) and 2.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 grams (Fentanyl). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on River Avenue in the City of Providence. Savage was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released.

At 1:32 AM, Troopers arrested Kimberly Arruda, age 44, of 1012 Sharps Lot Road, Swansea, Massachusetts for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (Adderall). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on River Avenue in the City of Providence. Arruda was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth District Court.
