WHAT: West Virginia University and Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College will join forces to unveil WVU Degree Up - a first-of-its-kind program in West Virginia designed to make it easier for community and technical college students to transition from an associate's degree to a bachelor's degree. Southern will be the inaugural partner to launch the program with WVU.
