Tucson Development Center Online will be Unavailable for Upgrade

Tucson Development Center (TDC) Online will be unavailable to customers while staff perform a system upgrade. The customer portal will be offline from 5 p.m., Tuesday, September 3, 2024, through 5 p.m., Wednesday, September 4, 2024. After the upgrade, all customers must re-register for an account, even if using the same email address previously used with the City of Tucson. This will allow the existing information in TDC Online to be linked to the new account.

What's New? The TDC Online upgrade will feature single sign-on (SSO), offering multiple sign-on options and additional support for password resets. SSO is a customer-requested feature. In addition to implementing this feature, this upgrade will reduce future service disruptions and help support future system updates.

What Should Customers Do? To ensure your new TDC Online account is linked correctly to your records prior to the system upgrade, please verify and update your email address in your current TDC Online account settings before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Tucson Development Center Online, click on your name on the top right, and select My Account.

2. Verify and update your email address and phone number and hit save.

What Comes Next?As mentioned, TDC Online will be unavailable while staff performs this upgrade from 5 p.m., Tuesday, September 3, 2024, through 5 p.m., Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

After the update, you'll see the new SSO option when accessing TDC Online. Remember to use the same email address you verified in Step 2.
