Silversmith Capital Partners Announces Investment Team Promotions

Silversmith Capital Partners, a growth equity firm focused on supporting the best entrepreneurs in technology and healthcare, today announced the promotions of four investment team members. Graham Wagner has been promoted to Vice President and Brandon Booth, Brandon Feng and Jack McKim have been promoted to Associate. Graham, Brandon, Brandon and Jack have played an integral role in Silversmith's growth and ongoing commitment to identifying and partnering with exceptional entrepreneurs.

Graham Wagner, Vice President

Graham joined Silversmith in 2020 and focuses on investments in Healthcare IT & Services. Prior to Silversmith, Graham worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Jefferies in San Francisco, where he worked with software businesses on a variety of M&A, debt financing, and public equity transactions. Graham graduated from the University of San Diego with a BBA, magna cum laude, in Finance and a minor in Economics.

Brandon Booth, Associate

Brandon joined Silversmith in 2023 and focuses on investments in Healthcare IT & Services. Prior to Silversmith, Brandon worked at LifeStance Health as a Senior Associate on their Corporate Development team in Boston. During his time at LifeStance Health, Brandon assisted in over 20 acquisitions of behavioral health practices around the United States. Brandon graduated From Santa Clara University with a BS in Finance.

Brandon Feng, Associate

Brandon joined Silversmith in 2022 and focuses on investments in SaaS & Information Services. Prior to Silversmith, Brandon worked as an investment summer analyst at Concord Health Partners and as an investment banking winter analyst at Coady Diemar Partners. Brandon graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA, summa cum laude, in Computer Science and Mathematics.

Jack McKim, Associate

Jack joined Silversmith in 2022 and focuses on investments in SaaS & Information Services. Prior to Silversmith, Jack worked at Morgan Stanley as a Leveraged Finance Investment Banking Analyst covering Technology companies. Before Morgan Stanley, Jack worked at McKinsey & Company as a Private Equity Research Analyst. Jack graduated from Northeastern University with a BS, summa cum laude, in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Strategy, from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
