City of Valdosta Extends Emergency Curfew for Public Safety

The City of Valdosta has extended the citywide curfew to ensure the safety of its residents and support the work of first responders. The curfew will now be in effect from 8 p.m. tonight, Friday, September 27, until 8 a.m. on Saturday, September 28.

This measure is necessary to allow first responders to clear roads and attend to emergencies without interference. The City strongly encourages all residents to stay home during these hours, helping to protect both the community and those on the front lines.
