At 12:04 PM, Troopers arrested Briston Wise, age 18, for 1.) Active 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Willful Trespassing originating out of Providence Police Department 2.) 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge Willful Trespassing originating out of Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers checking a road walker Route 6 East in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and turned over to Adult Correctional Facility- Men's Intake.

At 2:19 AM, Troopers arrested Anibal Monroy Maldonado, age 22, of 23 Arlington Ave, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence- 1st Offense BAC unknown 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Ave in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of Peace and released to a responsible adult.
