Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 10:37 AM, Troopers arrested Michael N. Shottek, age 46, of 12 Manchester Street, Apt. 401, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving Without Consent of Owner originating out of the Providence Police Department, 2.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Sexual Offender Registration originating out of the Providence Police Department, and 3.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for an evaluation, released, and subsequently transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing. The subject was then turned to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

At 12:38 PM, Troopers arrested Eric Cooper, age 32, of 194 Ohio Avenue, Apt. 1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs 1st Offense (Phase I: .107% Phase II: .103%). The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Department of Corrections Probation building on Wilma Schesler Lane in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center to be held as a Bail and Probation Violator.

At 12:51 AM, Troopers arrested Gemmal Darosa, age 27, of 178 Suffolk Ave, Pawtucket RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs - 1st Offense, BAC Unknown 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and 3) Driving after Suspension of License - 4th or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraigned where he will be presented as a probation violator.

At 1:20 AM, Troopers arrested Nelson Diaz, age 46, of 185 Washington St, Central Falls RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor - 1st Offense, .15 or Greater, (Phase I: 0.152, Phase II: 0.134). The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle accident investigation, on Route 95, in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
