On August 9th at 10:30 AM, Troopers arrested Shakwon Lewis age 27, of 70 Ruth Street, Apt. 3n, New Bedford, Massachusetts, on an affidavit/arrest warrant out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks for Duty to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle. The arrest was a result of a Barracks investigation and Lewis turning himself in to the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Lewis was processed and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.

On August 9th at 10:33 AM, Troopers arrested Antonio Rodriguez age, 53, of 29 Touro Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Suspended/Revoked License originating out of the Cumberland Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the City of Providence. Rodriguez was processed at State Police Headquarters and transported to the Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.

On August 9th at 11:22 AM, Troopers arrested Efrain Lopez Lazaro age, 42, of 150 Hartford Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for, Driving Under the Influence - 0.10 to 0.15 - First Offense (Phase I .150% and Phase II .160%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Silver Spring Street in the City of Providence. Lazaro was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
