Hope Valley

At 2:57 PM, Troopers arrested Jayson C. Shute, age 37, of 1439 Main Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of Ghost Gun, 2.) License or Permit Required to Carry a Pistol, 3.) Possession of Firearm by Person Convicted of Crime of Violence, 4.) Weapons Other than Firearms Prohibited, 5.) Weapons Other than Firearms Prohibited, 6.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited, 7.) Carrying Dangerous Weapons/Substances Committing Crime of Violence - First Offense, 8.) Manufacturing/Possession with Intent to Deliver Schedule I/II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl, 9.) Possession of Controlled Substance - Schedule I to V - 10g or Less - Methamphetamine, and 10.) Driving with Suspended License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Turner Drive in the Town of West Warwick. Mr. Shute was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions where he was held as a Bail and Probation Violator.
