Singapore-based corporate partner Siew Kam Boon has been named to Profiles in Diversity Journal's "Women Worth Watching in Leadership" list for 2024. The series profiles women leaders who have made significant contributions to their respective organizations and industries.

Co-head of Dechert's private equity group, Siew Kam Boon excels at closing complex, high-stakes transactions for the world's leading private equity businesses across some of Asia's most challenging jurisdictions and has received several industry accolades for her work.

Ms. Boon has been listed in Best Lawyers in Singapore for corporate law since 2020 and recognized as a foreign expert in corporate and M&A by Chambers Global and Chambers Asia Pacific for twelve consecutive years since 2012.
