July 15: Update from CenterPoint Energy

Information for the Island

• 99% of the construction on the West End has been completed, with local issues and small partials needing to be restored.
• Crews are continuing to work on local issues until all meters are restored.
• Tomorrow some of the mutual assistance crews will begin making their way to other damaged areas to continue restoration efforts, but we will retain a number of crews until the Island and County are fully restored.

CenterPoint Energy outages for Galveston County are currently under 800 meters.

Today's restoration was 7,200 meters from our 5pm update on 7/14.
